At nxttour.in, we strive to provide you with a seamless travel experience. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our customers. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund for holiday package bookings.

Eligibility for Refund

2.1. Cancellation by Customer

Before 30 Days of Departure: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Between 15-30 Days of Departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 Days of Departure: No refund will be provided.

2.2. Cancellation by nxttour.in

If nxttour.in cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

2.3. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. nxttour.in reserves the right to offer alternative travel arrangements or credits for future bookings.

Refund Process

Initiation: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at Support@nxttour.in with your booking details.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Components

Certain components of your holiday package may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Flights
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Certain hotel bookings

These components will be clearly marked during the booking process.

Changes to Booking

Modifications: Any modifications to your booking (dates, accommodation, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds for modified bookings will be assessed based on the new itinerary.
Transfer of Booking: You may transfer your booking to another person, subject to the approval of nxttour.in and any applicable fees.
