• Before 30 Days of Departure: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Between 15-30 Days of Departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 15 Days of Departure: No refund will be provided.

If nxttour.in cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

In the event of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. nxttour.in reserves the right to offer alternative travel arrangements or credits for future bookings.

• Initiation: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at Support@nxttour.in with your booking details.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
• Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Certain components of your holiday package may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Flights
• Visa fees
• Travel insurance
• Certain hotel bookings

These components will be clearly marked during the booking process.

• Modifications: Any modifications to your booking (dates, accommodation, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds for modified bookings will be assessed based on the new itinerary.
• Transfer of Booking: You may transfer your booking to another person, subject to the approval of nxttour.in and any applicable fees.
