4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing and will incur a fee. Refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy detailed below.

1. Customer Initiated Cancellations:
   • More than 30 days before the start date: Full refund minus a service fee.
   • 15-30 days before the start date: 50% refund.
   • Less than 15 days before the start date: No refund.
2. Company Initiated Cancellations: In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to a cancellation by nxttour.in, a full refund will be issued.
